I offer mental health counseling through a holistic, humanistic, and trauma-informed lens, approaching this work with a collaborative and relational energy.
As your counselor, my focus is on building a strong and safe therapeutic relationship through deep empathy and nonjudgemental curiosity that will guide us through meaningful healing and growth work. Clients come to me looking for a counselor who is comfortable, conversational, warm, and authentic.
In our counseling space, we will slow things down and work together to uncover and understand subconscious barriers to your personal growth and wellbeing, identify ways your past experiences may be shaping your present life, and move toward feeling more connected and grounded in yourself and your world.
You are the expert in yourself and your lived experiences. My role is to meet you where you are in those experiences, respecting and valuing that expertise. In session, we will empower that inner-expert and explore the stories you’re carrying with curiosity, prioritizing expanding insight and strengthening hope for growth and attunement with self.
